Flip Camera and natural lighting

I have lots of natural light in my place. Suggestions for lighting for Flip Camera web videos?

You might want to invest in or make bounce cards to help direct a "key" light or brighter source of light from one angle. Allow the sunlight to help you! You may want different colors gold to warm up the light white to directly reflect or silver to cool the light.

You may want to also get a stand or two to clip the reflectors to.
You can make them from foam core, or a foldable cardboard frame, or even use an auto sunshade that folds up or accordians out- glue material to the shade or buy one that is silver.. one white.. etc.
